JM Zell has been retained to provide owner’s representation and construction management services for the client’s New York portfolio, including Auburn HONDA. The ground up development and construction of the HONDA project will provide a new service and sales center designed and built to Honda’s current marketing and operational requirements. The location and phasing of the project will enable continuous operation with zero down-time (service and sales). JM Zell has facilitated the design and pre-construction phase of the project with the building permit secured and construction having commenced in Q3 2024.
JM Zell is providing ownership with a turn-key construction management solution, responsible for managing pre-construction, on-site construction, interior fit-out, and close-out stages, including acting as the owner’s fiduciary and representative in overseeing draw requests which must satisfy lender requirements.
The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in Summer 2025.
