JM Zell has been retained by Porsche Danbury to help achieve ownership’s goals for developing a new Porsche Sales and Service Center within the Danbury Connecticut submarket.
JM Zell is currently in the process of analyzing and comparing owned sites vs. new acquisition opportunities. As part of this process, JM Zell is responsible for verifying each site’s potential for meeting manufacturer requirements and viability for development from legal (zoning and environmental), construction, and economic perspectives. This in-depth analysis, led by JM Zell, is vital for assisting the client in building consensus and determining the best course of action. In preparation for this phase, JM Zell worked with zoning counsel to obtain an exception to the local code to permit automotive dealership and service use on an owned property.
As the owner’s representative for this project, in addition to site selection and entitlements, JM Zell will also be responsible for leading development analyses, pre-construction, construction (base building and interior fit-out), FF&E, lender funding, and delivery efforts.
