Christian joined JM Zell in February 2023, bringing with him eight years of construction management experience.  Working as a general contractor's superintendent, he has constructed and developed multiple complex projects for high profile clients across the Washington, DC area.

Christian has been involved in all aspects of the construction process from preconstruction through final turnover. He has an extensive network of architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to call upon to ensure the assembly of the best project teams. He works daily to coordinate all parties ensuring collaboration to carry and complete projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
